TUESDAY TOURS: Guided historical walking tours of Qualicum
Two great tours to choose from: The Town Tour highlights our many heritage buildings and the pioneer stories behind them. The Crown Tour describes Qualicum’s heyday as an internationally renowned resort, featuring the old QB Inn, the golf course and the Crown Mansion. Your experienced, local guide is Bev Brendon of Qualicum Magical History Tours. Part proceeds from the Tuesday Tours go to the Qualicum Beach Museum. Contact the Museum to book.

Broken Promises Travelling Exhibit
Stay tuned for the traveling bilingual exhibit ‘Broken Promises‘ from the Nikkei National Museum and Cultural Centre.
Grounded in research from Landscapes of Injustice – a 7 year multi-disciplinary, multi-institutional, community engaged project, this exhibit explores the dispossession of Japanese Canadians in the 1940s. It illuminates the loss of home and the struggle for justice of one racially marginalized community. The story unfolds by following seven narrators. Learn about life for Japanese Canadians in Canada before war, the administration of their lives during and after war ends, and how legacies of dispossession continue to this day.
